What do I do if I have forgotten my ‘My Account’ password?

On the 'My Account' login page click on the link called 'Forgot Password?'.

Enter your domain name or username on the 'forgotten password' page.  This will send an email to the contact address on record for your account or domain name containing your username and a link to reset your password.

If the contact email address on record is no longer correct, please complete the attached Email Address Change Form.
