Most of the Domain Registry providers we use allow for cancellation of a new domain name within the first five (5) days of registration. If you wish to request cancellation of a newly registered domain name, you will need to email accounts@freeparking.co.nz within 48 hours.  We will provide a refund of the payment made by you for registration excluding a NZ$5 administration fee.

If your domain name has been registered for longer than five (5) days, it will not be possible for Freeparking to cancel the registration and provide a refund.
