What happens if I don’t pay my bill by the due date?

If charges are declined against your credit card you will be given the opportunity to update your card details. You should resolve the issue within 5 days to ensure continuation of your service. After 5 days your service will be suspended and following that if after a further 10 days your payment still hasn’t been received your account will be terminated.

For yearly or 2 yearly term renewals, if payment is not received within 10 days from the due date your service will be suspended. If after 14 days of suspension payment has still not been received, your service will be cancelled and your website deleted.
