How to add an email account to your Samsung Galaxy Smartphone

Please replace test@yourname.co.nz with your own email address.

On your device press the Email app.

Press the + option to add a new email account.

Enter your username and password and choose Manual Setup. (Note your username is your full email address)

Select IMAP account.

Enter the below Incoming server settings and press Next. (Note your username is your full email address)

Enter the below Outgoing server settings and press Next.

From here choose your own Account options and press Next.

Give your account a name (email address is usually best) and enter your name (displayed on outgoing messages), click Done and your email account is ready to go.
