Yes, there is a limit on the maximum message size. Our Spam/Virus filtering system sets a hard limit of 20MB per message. If you would like a lower maximum size, you can change this by logging into your mail admin panel (http://mail.yourdomain.co.nz/mailadmin).

Click on Manage Accounts, and click on the account to modify from the list. Click on “Advanced Options”, and enter the Maximum Message Size you want to receive into the “Maximum Message Size” box and click Submit. Emails over this size will be sent back to the sender with a “Message over maximum allowed size”.
