Yes you can remove or change a URL redirection at any stage. Follow the same initial steps as detailed in the 'How do I set up or manage URL Redirection for my domain name?' FAQ to access the URL redirection section.

To delete just remove the URL from the Redirection to (URL): field and click the Save button.

To change the redirection just edit the URL in the Redirection to (URL): field accordingly and click the Save button.
