Databases are created from the Freeparking My Account portal.
Log into the account and manage the hosting service.
Then click on Service Management and scroll down to the MySql Control
Panel section and click the Login button
Click Create New Databa...
Databases are created from inside your Plesk control panel.
The Databases section has an Add new database button.
You can choose between adding an MS SQL or MySQL database using the
Type drop down menu.
Enter the database name and database username ...
