On the 'My Account' login page click on the link called 'Forgot
Password?'.
Enter your domain name or username on the 'forgotten password' page.
This will send an email to the contact address on record for your
account or domain name containing your use...
You can update your contact details by logging into 'My Account'
[https:secure.freeparking.co.nz] on the Freeparking website.
Once logged in, click on the 'My Details' tab - from here, you can
update the default contact details for your Freeparking acco...
Once logged into 'My Account', you can change your password from the
'My Details' section.
If you have lost your account username/password and you can't receive
the 'forgotten password' email (because the email address that
Freeparking has on record for you is no longer correct), please
complete the Email Address Change Form attached.
